This system made of three laminated and bonded timber sections is available in a full range of timber types and finishes. Living spaces can be designed not only to be comfortable, but also to match individual tastes.

Security
The panels are locked and unlocked by a user-friendly single-handed manipulation of robust flat handles. For additional safety, different types of locks are available.

Mushroom head lock
For optimal tightness and burglary resistance, the doorway panel (turn panel) is laterally connected to the frame or the adjacent panel through an additional mushroom head locking.

Safety function panel catcher
In any opening position of the folding sliding system an open turn panel may be safely locked to the adjacent panel by means of safety function panel catchers and be carried along in a controlled way.

Burglar resistance
By means of a safety screw all external hinges are additionally secured against knocking out of the hinge bolts.

Proper handle series
Handles matching the profile design guarantee a harmonized overall picture of the folding system in closed situation and a small panel package when being open.

Twin-Lock mechanism
To guarantee additional safety, the optionally available twin-lock mechanism offers a maximum of security.

Height compensation
The height of the installed folding system may be easily adjusted by a few hand grips, only – this is important in case of eventual structure sagging.

Assembly
The assembly shoes allow a fast and trouble-free assembly of the frame and a fine adjustment of the vertical frame profiles.

Profile system

  • Glass folding partition made of three-layer laminated wood.
  • The construction depth is 2 1/2” (65 mm)
  • Additional stability through tongue and groove joint between the leaves
  • Opens to inside or outside
  • Opens by sliding to one side or both sides
  • Optionally with a recessed or surface-mounted floor track
  • Roller track and guide tracks flush to system faces
  • Design allows for height differences and expansion

Hardware

  • All fittings hidden within profiles
  • Low-maintenance, non-corroding and failsafe hardware components
  • Leaf locking via rods engaged in floor and ceiling tracks
  • Locking and unlocking via actuating levers with anti-intruder catches
  • Pivoting leaf can be equipped with a profile cylinder lock to prevent unauthorized opening
  • Hinges feature pivot pins that cannot be knocked out (anti-intruder feature)
  • Pivoting leaf can be securely clamped to adjacent leaf using snap latches
  • Integrated, separately-operated door leaf with pressure-operated multiple locking system with a profile cylinder lock and inner and outer handle can be provided
  • Integrated tilt or swing leaf within a panel is optionally available

Runner system

  • Running assemblies with four rollers can be fitted optionally below or above
  • Runner assemblies are situated above water drainage collection area
  • Low-noise, hard-wearing, heat and cold resistant running rollers

Sealing and ventilation

  • Rain and wind proofing ensured by EPDM seals at two sealing levels

Glazing

  • Glazing configuration up to 1 1/2” (38 mm) possible
  • Glazing is fitted using wet sealant
  • Subsequent changing of panels is possible
